Preforming an annual AC tune up, on a 1995 Carrier air conditioner. For one of our maintenance club members.
Performed furnace evaluation and inspection on a 2 year-old American Standard system; found thermostat in lockout and customer will have furnace checked by installer.
Performed furnace tune up and evaluation on a 10 year-old Bryant system; cleaned the burners and flame sensor, found no safety concerns at this time.
Performed furnace evaluation and inspection on a Bryant system; upon further inspection found the ignitor and heat exchanger had failed, gave quote for new furnace.
Performed furnace tune up and evaluation on a Carrier system; upon further inspection found the blower capacitor out of range and the heat exchanger had failed. Quoted and installed new furnace system.
