Performed air conditioning repair and evaluation on a 4 year old Nordyne system; upon arrival found the AC low on r410a, recharged the system with 3lbs of refrigerant. Found condenser coil dirty and starting at higher amp draw, cycled and verified AC operations.
Performed furnace inspection and evaluation on a Tapan system; upon arrival found the unit running but the drain line clogged, cleared drain line and verified operations.
