Matt with team Corey and Trey, performed "Outstanding Work!" in installing and servicing a New Carrier Comfort Series System in my home. I observed the superb knowledge and professionalism of this team throughout the entire installation and service process of the new Carrier Comfort Series System in my home. Additionally, the team displayed great care and concern in regards to their physical presence (inside and outside) my home during the entire installation and service process that ended with a thorough and complete systems operations check, explanation on system usage settings, etc., and an awesome "clean-up" inside and outside my home. Furthermore, I appreciate and commend Matt, his team Corey and Trey for adhering to and following the "Mask Wear" mandate set by POTUS, as our nation endures COVID-19.
