Oh my goodness, this team really came through for me when my A/C was out on a hot day. Another company had cancelled on me and it was 83 degrees in my home. I couldn’t believe it but Connell’s was very patient and accommodating and Matt went above and beyond in a hot house to help me out. I really can’t thank you all enough.

Matt came in and was very polite the whole time. He listened to my concerns and everything I did to see what was wrong. After taking that into account he went upstairs and was able to fix everything in a short amount of time. He even went back to check everything twice to ensure what he thought might be wrong was correct. In the end he found out the problem was actually much easier to fix and got me all set up. Great guy all around.
