Arrived on site to diagnose a 2017 Goodman system that is not cooling. Condenser located in back yard. Furnace and evaporator coil located in attic. Spoke over with client and she stated unit dose not turn on or cool. She tuned system on and was not operational. Went and inspected both indoor and out door units. Found no voltage on either units advise had to trouble shoot for power advised tenants. Checked all electrical wiring and connection were good went and checked breakers and found Furnace breaker fused tripped. Identified on breaker switches which is to furnace and Ac. Switched it back on and now had system operational and cooling. Had system run for 10 mins to ensure breaker would not trip again. Recommend adding surge protectors to unit to prevents from having shortage issues. Spring tune up Inspected indoor unit. Found few ducting used and good condition. Filter was ok as it was just replaced 3 months ago. Checked all electrical wiring, connections, circuit board, and com
