Arrived on site to perform fall tune up on a 2001 Corsaire system. Furnace and evaporator coil located in upstairs crawls space. Client stated no issues. Cycled thermostat and good and heating. Found black flex ducting used. Filter was dirty and replaced filter at This to,e recommend replacing filter more often as needed due to area surrounding home. Lower assembly and wheel dirty. Creating stress and over working motor. Motor has dried up oil from past with dirt accumulating. Recommend blower cleaning to reduce water and stress on system. Blower motor amp drawls are high but in range as it’s pulling 7.0 amps and max rated at 9.5 . Indicating motor is over working and could fail in future due to conditions and wear being created. Recommend replacing motor to extend life of system. Found secondary motor control to be board line as motor is causing it to get weak and by next visit could be out of range and could fail as it’s gets weaker. Recommend replacing to prevent blower motor n
