Arrived on site to perform diagnostic on 2004 Lennox system. Homeowner states upstairs unit is not cooling correctly. Would like us to diagnose upstairs unit and possibly take a look at downstairs unit depending on what repairs the upstairs unit needs. Cycled upstairs unit for cooling. Indoor unit kicks on and is blowing warm air. Filters were extremely clogged. Replaced to perform accurate diagnostic. Outdoor unit compressor appears to kick on, but fan motor is not spinning. Checked voltage and electrical components. Found condenser fan motor completely seized up. Fan motor needs to be replaced. Went over with homeowner, approved to replace fan motor and further inspect unit. Replaced fan motor. Cycled system on. Refrigerant pressures are slightly high, which is being caused by an over working compressor. Amp draws on compressor are high, and unit is cooling but is very inefficient. Went over complete findings and recommendations with homeowner. Wants to hold off on any further work,
