Upon arrival, system was not operational. Capacitor had failed. Inspection found the fan motor was rusted and starter was also in poor shape. Refrigerant charge is low. Further inspection primary drain pan was cracked and leaking water into the return. Indoor blower motor should also be replaced. Client wanted a quote on replacement. Went over options. Clients decided to repair for now.
