Performed diagnostic on heat pump. Condenser is not kicking on. Another company was called out to a repair and it stopped working again. Wiring was messed with, and now schematic is not being followed. Unit would be have to be pulled apart and then rewired due to now there’s nothing that says what wire does what. Homeowner is going to call other company back out to see what they can do, or he will be calling us out for repairs. System is not operational upon departure.
