Upon arrival performed maintenance. Outdoor system is a 2 year old Lennox system. Refrigerant levels in very good condition. Outdoor system was opened up completely and washed out. Primary & secondary motor controls good. Compressor and fan amperages in good condition. Replaced 20x30 filter. Duct work is not sealed, airflow seaping out of joints. Return duct very dirty. 1. Ducts are not sealed 2. Washed outdoor condenser 3. Checked all electrical components. System was reset tested and fully functional upon departure.
