Arrived on site to diagnose a no air flow issues on a 2003. Upon arrival spoke over with client they stated they have been dealing with home warranty for months and time after time again they can not figure issues or provide repairs options. They been dealing with home warranty for month and wanted a second opinion as to what’s going on. She stated master bed room and is not getting any air flow. It when they turn on the master thermostat is get extremely cold Downstairs in zone 3. Advised them I would have to advanced trouble shoot and see what’s going on with zones and as to why it is no cooling in master bed room. Found out that they do have a bad damper that is in zone 3 that is not closing or opening properly and is open at all time and is why they get so much cold air to zone 3 when they run master bed room zone. As well found out ducting in master bed room is in really bad shape and is losing the air possible in attic. Tested one more time and did identify that zone 3 damp
