Performed heat pump maintenance. Cooling temperature split is 20 degrees. Condensate lines are clear. Duct runs are in very bad shape. Outdoor unit was dirty and chemically cleaned today. Starting components measured and verified in range. Compressor and fan amp draws are ok. Refrigerant levels are ok. Heating temperature split is 30 degrees. Homeowner was not present today only the rennet mark. I called homeowner to discuss the condition of ducts and future plans for maintenance. She informed me there was past disputes about wether the ducts should have been replaced but were not. She wanted a quote today regardless. Homeowner wants to sign up for maintenance plan with me over the phone but does not have her wallet. She is going to call in and sign up. System was running at end of appointment.
