Upon arrival performed diagnostic. Found system to be operational outdoors. Indoor fan was not blowing. Found secondary motor control to be seized and out of range. Replaced battery cap system up and going. Customer asked to check other system. System is good and caps in range. System was reset tested and fully functional upon departure.
