NO COOL/OWNER-TENANT. Found system non operational upon arrival. Customer stated unit is not moving any air. After inspection found panels removed and unit with wires exposed. Customer stated company was out here a couple days ago but they only wanted to replace the unit. Another thing is coil is installed pre-furnace instead of over heat exchanger as it is normally installed. Cycled unit from mother board since thermostat was not working. When calling for cooling from motherboard, furnace also fires up heating sequence. Checked blower for operation as it did not come on. Found motor seized up and not spinning. Customer approved motor replacement. Upon removing motor, found bracket was not secured to housing which may have cause motor to fail. Removed and replaced with retrofit motor. Cycled and tested before departure. Thermostat and motherboard are glitchy. Advised customer he may have to replace. Customer holding off on additional recommendations since this is a rental property and
