Upon arrival performed maintenance on 2 systems. Temp rise splits are very close to manufacture specs. Indoor motors are both running with high amp draws. Secondary motor controls out of range. Circuit board has burned terminals. Undersized returns. Flame sensors have really bad build up. Static pressures higher then manufacture specs. Client declined to do advance check on heat exchanger. Inducer draft motor up and running. Dusted off all electrical connections. System has no saftey float switches. Left checklist with client. Jay to come back out and give options for customer.
