Performed A/C maintenance on a carrier unit. Upstairs unit was cooling 28 degree split. Systems fan and compressor run amps are ok. Refrigerant levels are good. Condensate lines are clear of any debris. Duct work is sealed tight. Outdoor fan motor is leaking oil heavily. Performed maintenance on a carrier unit, upstairs system. Systems temperature split is low at 13 degrees. Refrigerant levels are off, could be low on Freon. Compressor start amps are ok. Fan motor is in range. Both units were chemically cleaned and cycled before appointment is over.
