Upon arrival performed maintenance on heating and ac systems. Systems are Goodman make. Found secondary motor controls for indoor & outdoor systems both low and out of range. Filters are all clean client replaced very often. Cleaned flame sensors on both systems. Circuit board and electrical connections in range. Waxed both furnace units. Dusted off all electrical components, amperages are in range. Condenser fan motors on upstairs unit is over amping. Working harder then needed, found secondary control low. High start up amperages. Downstairs unit is very low on charge. And has a temperature difference of 6 degrees. Client would wanna do leak dye and repairs in January, will not be using air conditioning this year. Signed client up for maintenance plan. Washed condenser coils. Disconnects in working order. Primary controls good. Systems were reset and tested. Downstairs not working at standards for cooling.
