Arrived on site to perform combo tune up. Furnace located in garage and condenser in back yard. Cycled both and good. Filter was replaced. Both motor in furnace are good and in range. Gas line good. Temperature rise is good. All safety switches are operational. Drain lines are good and clear. Clean blue flame. New flex ducting used. No protection on unit. Washed condenser coil inside and out. Primary and secondary motor controls are both good. Fan motor was good and oil free. As well good in range. Conor start up and run amps are good as well. Checked pressure and are good. Cooling home at 20 degrees. No protection on unit. Recommended adding a whole home purifying system that will clean and purify the whole home and clean the air for better quality of air in home as client dose have high allergies. Cycled unit and went over all findings. Client os aware of condition and how unit is running as well as the recommendations. Client did hold off for now as she has other things she has to t
