Downstairs furnace was constantly tripping when running heat -When I opened up furnace doors, a puff of smoke came out of the blower compartment -The motor is completely shot, extremely hot to the touch, and is what is causing breaker to trip -Motor needs to be replaced -Upstairs furnace appears to be working properly -However the thermostat has a glitch that constantly changes temperature from 60-90 randomly -Thermostat replacement was recommended -Our comfort club maintenance program was highly recommended as these systems have not been maintained recently and need to be to ensure they are safe and functioning efficiently so they do not break down -Being apart of our comfort club also grants a discount on repairs -Client would like to look
