Performed diagnostic on 2002 system. Homeowner states that his upstairs system is not working, it is not blowing any air at all. I cycled system for cooling. Outdoor unit turned on normally, but indoor unit is unresponsive. Checked indoor unit electrical and system components. System is receiving proper voltage. Circuit board is recieving low voltage command to turn on the fan, but it is not sending out power to fan motor for it to start. Secondary motor control on motor is good and in range. Blower motor windings appear to be burnt, motor could possibly be bad as well. With homeowner approval replaced circuit board first. Once circuit board was replaced, fan motor is now recieving proper voltage but not starting. Homeowner was already aware of this possibility and approved for blower motor to be replaced as well. Replaced indoor blower motor. Secured all connections. Cycled system for cooling. System kicked on normally and started cooling. Temperature split is at 17 degrees. Replaced
