Arrived on site to diagnose a no cooling 2013 good and system. Condenser located in back yard. Furnace and evaporator coil located in attic. Spoke to client upon arrival and he stated system was working few days back and recently he noticed house was getting warm instead of cool. She stated both indoor and outdoor systems were operational. Upon arrival had client cycle cooling mode on. Found compressor was not starting up but fan would operate. Advised client I would be checking both indoor and out door units. Inspect all electrical wiring, connections, and components. Check refrigerant pressure and compressor and fan amp drawls. Advised the summary of findings are as followed. Condenser 1. 2013 goodman system. Found not operating properly upon arrival. 2. Primary start control good. 3. Secondary motor control is completely bad and not allowing compressor to turn on. Fan side was weak but able to turn on. Replaced and evaluated full system. 4. Fan is rusted up condition due to spr
