PTU. Found system operational upon arrival. Replaced both washable filters with new cut to fit washable filters. Old filters were clean but customer requested to replace them anyway. Customer also had some questions about air quality and running unit with doors or open windows. Customer was under the impression it was better to run the unit with the doors and windows open to bring in fresh air. Advised customer not to do that since it forces the unit to run longer and reduces the unit efficiency. Running the unit on with outdoor air coming would keep the unit running all day. Washed condenser coil. Customer stated he had just done this too a couple weeks ago. Checked electrical. Compressor is running on very high amperage. This number also goes up in higher temperatures. Customer stated that made sense since the unit doesn’t work very well in high temperatures. Checked freon pressures and they are slightly low but advised customer it wasn’t affecting cooling performance. He asked h
