Arrived on site to perform combo tune up on a 2018 carrier unit. Condenser located in back yard. Furnace and evaporator coil located in attic. Client stated no issues just has been living here for 2 years and would like to get system serviced. Advised I would be inspecting both unit. Cycled system system operational. Washed condenser coil inside and out. Unit really dirty due to area home is surrounded by. Recommend join Maintenance plan to help keep system operating properly and efficiently. Primary and secondary controls are both good. Fan motor shows some light signs of were due to dirt build up on coil creating a restriction. Fan motor amp drawls are in range after getting coil cleaned. Compressor amp drawls are good on start up and run amp and both in range. Recommend a compressor booster kit to help preserve compressor and run more efficiently and prolong life of unit overall. Refrigerant pressure are good. Cycled system to ensure system operating . Attic and insulation is good.
