Arrived on site to diagnose a leaking 2011 unit. Client stated water is leaking out of a vent. Upon arrival found a upflow unit in closet on second floor. A supply vent at time will leak water. Client stated she called a plumber and they told her to get a plumber to clear drain lines. They called us out and unit is cooling just there concern was the slight water. Inspected and looked at unit and found drain lines clogged up. Advised drain lines need to be cleared. Inspected how drain lines only found one drain line in use and no secondary line or any safety over flow switches. Found that drain lines did not run any where near drain line. The vent leaking water. Cleared drain lines after a cutt and clear to verify line went out side of home and under home. Cleared lines and clients saw that the HVAC is not what is causing water leak over there. They stated vent is directly replaced under master bathroom sink advised could be something else as a plumbing issues . Client saw and verifi
