Arrived on site to perform AC maintenance on 2004 ICP condenser. Upon arrival Scott stated that the system has been running fine and but his only concern is That his sons bedroom is lacking in Airflow. Performed full maintenance on outdoor unit and I noticed a few points of concerns that I wanted to address before the summer arrives. 5 ton ICP- 1. Outdoor condensing fan motor has significant oil leakage from it bearing which will lead to it locking up or overheating. 2. Duel secondary motor control is completely out of range and no longer supplying proper MFD rating. 3. Compressor saver Kit is the only reason why the compressor is turning on at this time and is resulting in a very high amperage draw 4. Starter showed signs of pitting and burn marks on contact points 5. Indoor blower motor had significant oil leakage coming from it’s bearing as well 6. System Contained our 22 refrigerant which was completely phased out 2020. 7. Ducting is significantly undersized and missing over 700
