Arrived on site to perform tune up on Ac unit. Condenser located in backyard. Client stated no issues just wants it service as she has been doing so by other company. She just moved into home 2 years ago. She cycled unit. Units is operational just sounded very loud on start up. Washed condenser coil inside and out. Primary starter is worn out and pitted on contact. Secondary has been replaced but home warranty put in the wrong one and is not good for fan. Fan motor pulling max amps and can fail in future. Checked start up amps and are high but in range. Run amps pulling 19 and max at 28 advised it can get up there in the summer. Checked pressure and unit is holding charge. Unit hold r-22 and is no longer around but unit is holding charge. No protection on condenser and recommend adding protection. Client replaced filter. Cycled unit and went over all findings and areas of concerns with client and she is aware how unit is running and conditions. Client did declined as she knows unit i
