MAINTENANCE X2. Found systems operational upon arrival. Replaced 2 16x25x1 washable filters. Ductwork is original from 1988-1990. Certain areas are weak and may collapse. Connections are not sealed. Ductwork is not strapped and hung for better design. Customer approved duct replacement with redesign and new cut in return. Appointment set for September 25th, 2020 to replace and install new ductwork. Blowers are dirty and leaking oil. Evaporator coils are getting build up from dirt bypassing filters. Freon levels are within range but the freon is discontinued r22 and may not be available soon. Both condenser motors are leaking oil which is a sign of motor overheating. High voltage line switches are showing burning and pitting. Motor controls are within range at this time. Comfort advisor set to come by after 4pm to go over replacement options as well. Collected deposit and maintenance charges today. Units operational upon departure.
