Arrived on site to inspect issues with thermostat. Condenser is in back yard. Furnace and evaporator coil located in garage. Client just moved in as previous owners transferred all over information to current owners. Client is having some issues with setting of thermostat and unable to used remote access on there phone. Client bought nest thermostat recently and replaced other systems with it and would like to replace S30 with a nest thermostat. InspectEd system and thermostat and advised client due to the type of equipment he is unable to use nest thermostat since his equipment is all communicating and is not compatible with wiring up a nest thermostat. Client is aware and ok but would like for me to help him reset all equipment so he can enter correct email and account info so he can use remote features from phone.
