Upon arrival performed maintenance on Lennox unit. Opened up entire system and washed out coils. Took all debree out of unit. Verified refrigerant levels I’m range . Primary and secondary motor control in range . Condenser fan motor good. Electrical fuses in range. Recommended adding surge protectors to keep system protected. Dusted off all electrical components. Merv 16 filter in range. Locking caps for refrigerant on system. Circuit board and electrical connections good. Ducting and attic insulation good. System was reset tested and fully functional upon departure.
