Blower wheel is pretty dirty. Evap coil is ok. Checked outdoor unit electrical and system components. Amp draws are within Range. Refrigerant levels are in Range. System has not primary and secondary motor controls both in good shape. Removed condenser top to thoroughly wash out condenser coil. Secured all electrical connections. Reminded homeowner that this is last visit of maintenance program and recommend renewing. Cycled system, system is operational upon departure.
