Upon arrival performed furnace tune up. Indoor motor on top is leaking oil & dirty blower wheel. Evap coil is dirty, dog hair, dust, debree etc. Amperages throughout system look very sharp. Circuit board and electrical connnections are in very good conditon. Dusted off all electrical components. Disconnect & whip are in very good condition. Checked fuses. Replaced 16x25x1 filter. Advise we change filters more frequently due to filters catching 30% or less. Temp splits in good condition. Ducting & seals are in very good condtion. Both systems are from 2008. Both r410 refrigerants. Lower systems evap coil is in good condition. Variable speed motor in good condtion. Circuit board is in good condition, dusted all electrical components. Replaced filter. Inspected duct work. Condensate safety switches in working order. Systems were reset tested and fully functional upon departure.
