Arrived on site to perform spring tune up on a 2018 AcPro system. Condenser located in back yard. Furnace and evaporator coil located in attic. Client stated no issues. Just wanted system to get tuned up and inspected. Cycled cooling mode on. Washed condenser inside and out. Unit really dirty from lack of maintenance. Fan motor is good and amp drawls are in range. Primary and secondary controls are good and in range. Checked compressor amp drawls and start up are good. Run amp are in r age and pulling 9 amp and max rated for 19. Checked refrigerant pressure and are good and cooling. Cycled system to ensure system operating. Inspected indoor unit. New Flex ducting used. Filter were just replaced by client as he supplied his own filters. Blower assembly is good and just light dust. Motor is good and no oil. Amp drawls are good and in range. Evaporator coil is good light debris in coil. Drain lines are good. Temperature split is cooling at 20 degrees. Recommend upgrading filtration to he
