Arrived on site to diagnose not working and no airflow on 2 2000 units. Client stated systems have been down for a while and have used system and heaters did not operate. Now upstairs dose not turn on and downstairs turns on but has no air flow at all. Clients stated they know system are old and have issues. Went and cycled units downstairs had no airflow at all and upstairs was not operational and loud buzzing noise created in attic. Went over big major issues and possible issues they could face in future due to condition and age of unit. Went over findings and advised now is the time to consider full system replacement due to the age over all condition and cost of repairs and recommendations needed. Compared to full system replacement. Client is aware units really old and not worth putting money into old systems. As they would someone to come out to go over pricing with client.
