Upon arrival performed diagnostic. Client stated that the temperature was going up instead of down. Opened up clients sink and found that the sink was completely covered and was not letting any water flow through. This was causing a back up to the system and causing saftey switch to let system keep running. Check refrigerant levels and system is still staying to where it needs to be. System is cooling. Did not charge for drain clear. System is operational .
