Washed condenser coil inside and out. Primary starter is good. Secondary secondary control is good. Fan motor is good and amp draws are in range. Start up amps on compressor are in range and run amps are good as well. Checked pressure as unit is on R-410a. Unit is holding pressure good and cooling at 19 degrees in home. Found no protection on units from electrical surges and power outage that can damage unit or even short out systems and components. Cycled unit and went rover all findings with misty as she stated she would like a report of it all emailed over to her with estimates.
