Arrived on site and performed AC maintenance on Lenox heat pump. Maintenance checked out properly. Measured refrigerant pressures and amperage and found that they were in range. Electrical components are in good condition. System was not equipped with surge protection. Perform deep cleaning on outdoor coil. Replaced filter supplied by client. Temperature split is in range. Discussed full maintenance with Al at this time due to unfortunate situation of his brother passing away he will not be able to renew today but would like to renew in November Once he’s in a better financial position. Client is aware that all benefits will be discontinued and no membership is active at this time and upon departure system is operational and cooling.
