Upon arrival performed Maintenance on 2 heating systems. Found inducer motors running at maximum amps. This is giving signs of pre mature failure. Circuit boards do have burnt spots around main terminal board. Blower wheels are extremely dirty. Secondary controls are in range. Flame sensors are very bad. Dusted off electrical connections. Gas valve in working order. Inspected heat exchangers, checked simple welds. Did not find any cracks, but I did find rust build up around dimple welds, indications of beginning of cracks. Advised client heat exchanger is still good. But can create a crack at any point. Ducting is sized properly to systems. Systems are operational upon completion .
