NO COOL. Found system operational upon arrival. Customer stated that she ran system all day and the temperature was not dropping. She suspects it may have a pinhole leak. Upon inspection found system very low on charge. Informed customer of the possible leak but also due to the pressures and numbers on the gauges, it was possible there was an issue with the refrigerant flow valve. Customer approved adding freon and going from there. Added freon and system began to start cooling. Added charge to manufacture recommendations. Customer also approved leak search/leak seal at this time. Explained leak seal may seal the small pinhole leak but that if it doesn’t it will leave a trace behind for us to locate the leak. Customer ok with this. She also added one year esm to check system and also inspect for leak during those visits. Unit operational upon departure.
