Performed maintenance on 15 year old package unit. Cycled system for cooling. Checked system electrical and components. Primary motor control is in good condition. Secondary motor control is in range as well but it is starting to leak some oil. Compressor amp draws are within range. Condenser fan motor amp draws are within range. Indoor blower motor was recently replaced and is in good condition. Pulled off condenser fan motor and thoroughly washed out condenser coil. Left homeowner replacement filter. Went over findings and recommendations with homeowner. Cycled system. System is operational upon departure.
