Upon arrival performed heating maintenance on package unit. Cycled system on and off, let system go through order of operations, passed inspection. Heat exchanger has a lot of discoloring, very bad heat marks, did not find any type of cracks, advised home owner that heat exchanger is in bad condition. Evap coil was taken care of for signing up for membership. Very dusty inside of electrical room, cleaned and dusted off. Washed outdoor coils. Checked fuses. Recommended adding surge protector, client will hold off. System overall passed inspection. Heat exchanger still in bad condition, please keep and eye on it next visit. System is operational.
