Jorge Cervanes was my serviceperson today. He let me know he was coming with just the right advance notice and followed directions to easily find my house. He was careful not to let my animals in or out, and also careful with my floors. He explained things clearly and let me know my options. He then fixed my ailing air conditioner in short order. He represents Cool Air Solutions very very well.
