Upon arrival performed maintenance on 2 one year old systems. Performing routine check to make sure everything is good and nothing was missing at install. Systems are in incredible condition. Couple things that can be worked on and get better airflow. Return ducting on downstairs unit is undersized, gave option to add return to help system flow air correctly. Amperages on motors are in in range. Temp rise splits good. Circuit board and electrical connections are in good condition. Replaced air filters. Highly recommend adding upgraded filtration to filter more then 20% as was standard filter is doing. Outdoor units were washed off, coils were cleaned. Refrigerant levels in range. - circuit board good - undersized return - filters dirty - standard filtration Systems were cycled on and off, systems are in good condtion. Systems were reset testing and fully functional upon departure. Need to set up return call to perform work, Friday is better day for client.
