Performed combo tune up on 2006 system. Cycled system through heating and cooling modes. Checked indoor and outdoor units.. replaced both 1 inch filters. Pulled outdoor condenser fan motor and thoroughly washed out condenser coil inside and out. Performed thorough evaluation of heating and cooling system, concerns with the systems are as follows: INDOOR UNIT: 1. Ductwork is fairly dirty 2. Indoor blower wheel is slightly dirty 3. No condensation safety switches 4. Secondary Motor control is out of range. OUTDOOR UNIT 1. Compressor start up amps are high 2. Secondary motor control out of range for compressor 3. Primary motor control is pitted 4. Condenser fan motor is over amping 5. Condenser fan motor is leaking oil Went over findings and recommendations with homeowner. She is fully aware of the condition of the system. She is hoping to get a little more out of the unit before replacing it. With homeowner approval, went ahead and performed approved repairs. Replaced secondary motor
