NO COOL/GOOGLE. Found system non operational upon arrival. Found unit outside not running. Checked indoor unit to check for communication between indoor and outdoor unit. System is calling for cooling properly. Checked for power outside and found no high voltage to unit. Checked breaker and found tripped. Reset and it tripped immediately. Gave customer options to repair and recommended replacement due to age. Customer declined all repairs. Unit NOT operational upon departure.
