NO COOL. GOOGLE. Found system operational upon arrival. Customer stated unit wont stop running. She said it had been running for a day and a half. Found blower in the on position. Customer stated that they knew it was on but the fan wont turn on by itself. They stated it was the outside unit that wouldn’t shut down. Inspected outdoor unit and found unit frosting up. Checked indoor unit and found unit is not calling for cooling since fan is not running. Opened outdoor unit panel and the unit stopped. Edison box may have been malfunctioning or there may have been something pushing wires together. Board is not calling for cooling. Unit is original to the home. Parts show wear and tear. Unit uses r22 freon which is being phased out. Recommend looking into upgrading equipment soon due to efficiency and age of the unit. Customer also stated she wanted to have drain line cleared out. Before leaving customer wanted test unit again. Unit did not want to turn off again. Customer decided to g
