NO COOL. Found system non operational upon arrival. Customer stated unit has about a month not cooling well. After inspecting found refrigerant lines completely frozen. Thawed unit out and ran heating for a little to accelerate thawing. Gave customer possibilities while unit was thawing. After letting unit thaw for about an hour, found unit low on freon. Customer approved adding refrigerant and leak seal with leak search. Coming back out on September 15, 2020 to locate leak. Customer wants check to be cashed that day too. Check #513. Unit operational upon departure.
