Upon arrival performed diagnostic on heat pump system. Found filter to be extremely dirty. Replaced filter that customer provided. 2. Checked refrigerant levels and temp splits everything in good standing condition. 3. Found system to be locked out on high pressure switch, cycled heating and cooling several times did not get any type of code. 4. Code could have been extremely dirty filter causing restrictions. 5. System is operational.
