Arrived on site on 2008 down flow system. Furnace and evaporator coil located in laundry room closet. Client stated no issues just wanted system serviced and had some questions about there thermostat. Cycled system in heating and system was operational. Found filters to be good as client don’t use system a lot and are still good. Found blower assembly dirty and wheel dose have some build up creating stress on motor. Motor was already replaced once in past as client dose have home insurance and stated if anything dose happen to system he would have them replace system. Checked all electrical components, connection, and wiring. All good. Recommend a blower assembly and wheel cleaning to reduce stress build up on motor. All safety switches are operational at this time. Recommended adding a surge protector to furnace to protect unit from getting damaged or shorted out from high voltage or electrical surge in power lines. Temperature rise is good and in range and heating. Cycled system to
