Arrived on site to perform fall tune up on 2 2006 Aire-flo system located in attic. Client stated no issues. Cycled both systems on and both were operational. Found filters dirty recommended replacing more often to reduce amount of dirt entering Both system. Found both systems to have black flex ducting used. Okay condition. Blower assembly are dirty and accumulating dirt and debris from lack of filter change out creating stress and over work motors. Recommend blower assembly and wheel cleaning both systems to reducers amps and help motors run easier. Motor have been leaking oil from over working as motors have layer of oil and dirt build up from past wear. Recommend replacing both blower motors as they are showing signs of premature failure and could fail in future due to conditions and working hard. Found one inducer motor over amping in downstairs unit. Inducer is over amping and advised could fail in future if left in same condition. Recommend replacing before completely fails an
