Job Checkin

Upon arrival found system to be frozen up. But still running. Called Lennox tech support, told me to add refrigerant, added about 1.5 lbs of refrigerant. System now tripping on high pressure, Lennox told me to take some out. Took out refrigerant. System seems to be running fine, tested it at 100% capacity making sure it stays on, turned off multiple times due to high pressure. Client still thinks it is not heating how she would like. Lennox advised for us to get a rep out here if we still have problems, advised client she will be getting a phone call at end of the day. Went through different trouble shooting with Lennox. System is operating. Client is fully aware of issue, explained to her that we are here to take care of her and try to get the issue resolved to please work with us, and be patient.
